Culaidh garments are available in UK sizes 6–20. All pieces are cut with a tailored silhouette. Refer to the Size Guide for full measurements.
All Culaidh garments should be dry-cleaned only. Wool tartan is a resilient fibre but requires careful handling to maintain its structure and colour. Store folded or on a wide hanger away from direct light.
Every piece is prepared with meticulous care. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Select garments are crafted to order or available for pre-order — please review individual product descriptions for specific lead times. Should any unexpected delays arise, we will be in contact directly.
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes; these charges are beyond our control and we cannot provide specific estimates. For any questions about shipping rates or estimated delivery times, contact us at hello@culaidh.com.
If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receipt. For an exchange, email hello@culaidh.com with your request so we can reserve the item you'd like — if it's unavailable, we'll help you choose an alternative.
Returns should be sent back in their original, pristine condition, carefully folded in the original packaging. Any damage or professional cleaning costs are the customer's responsibility. Use a tracked delivery service so receipt can be easily confirmed. Refunds are credited within 10 working days of receipt.
We do not offer in-house alterations at this time. We recommend visiting a reputable tailor who works with fine wool. If you're unsure of fit before purchasing, please contact us and we'll advise.
